What do you like best about Intercom? The interface makes sense - inboxes and custom views are the best! Intercom support team chat is also great, and the ability to leave feedback is so good!

"Great product"
What do you like best about Intercom? The base product (the chat functionality) is fantastic and simple to use for both the customer and support worker. People who use it find it simple, and less threatening than having to phone someone. It also allows for a lot of automation saving us time and money. It is impressive considering most of the features are early days, but i wish they where priced a bit better.

What do you like best about Intercom? Constantly adding new features. Simple interface for both our employees and our customers. The ability to hide lots of functionality from anyone who is not a customer (we are subscription-based).
