"Most useful software I use"
What do you like best about Intercom? In the old days, you would get a "ticket" system. Now, the best way to handle your customer support queue is Intercom. It is like the difference between night and day. There is a complete workflow to communicate with clients and there is another complementary complete workflow to communicate with internal team members about the clients' requests.

What do you like best about Intercom? The platform is full of rich features which really helps you see grow your Business and interact with your lead/customer The reports are really powerful and the platform very simple and elegant, there have been many changes which are making Intercom the only place to go and have All In One.

What do you like best about Intercom? Easily integrable with many other tools we're using. The tracking options are infinite and incredibly useful for giving our customers the best onboarding experience. The UX of the software is top-notch and very easy for anyone to understand.

What do you like best about Intercom? Customers are provided the same seamless experience from lead capture on a website, to Customer Support, Onboarding message, and integrated help articles. You could get the same functionality from using combinations of different tools from other vendors but that would ask the seamless and consistent experience that Intercom gives our customers

"Amazing software I would recommend for any company"
What do you like best about Intercom? The help centre, walkthroughs and email support is top tier compared to other softwares and they really make the UX experience simple but without compromising on the capabilities. I love the personalisation you can achieve with Intercom, you can be really creative with app pop ups, emails and messaging. The support is also super helpful and personal.

What do you like best about Intercom? 1) Intercom has been gracefully integrated into our iOS app and web site. The messenger box is non-intrusive to our UI / UX.

What do you like best about Intercom? We use intercom to support our customers via an in-tool chat also we really love working with the outbound messaging features to reach out to our customers. The intercom service is also really fast, always polite and helpful.
