"Great experience with intercom"

What do you like best about Intercom? I like to have everything i need at the same place (answer our clients questions by mail, Facebook, live chat, etc.). Ou help center is with intercom. We also have a resolution bot that answer some questions by himself. Everything is connected and work just fine.
