What do you like best about Intercom? It is 100% automated. Whatever company activity you are up to, Intercom will be there! It is the main tool in my life that is capable of combining the teams in one place: marketing, product, support, sales, and success. I have been using it for 3 projects and they all are great and automated. I just sit back and relax!

"Intercom systematizes communication with customers"
What do you like best about Intercom? Thanks to its use of alerts and alerts we can be aware of when customers want to join our team for consultations and we can handle it in the chat in real time. Also thanks to its self-service portal we have been able to help a large number of customers without having to go to them directly.

"Overpriced, slow support"
What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom is great in that the front end is well organized and has a good visual hierarchy. Of particular value is the way in which it addresses communications for the entire sales funnel from lead through closing and support.
