Well-designed interface, useful integrations, and awesome support team
PROS: Intercom is user-friendly. They have a commendable support team and their custom bots allow for greater customer participation. We have trained new employees for customer support in using Intercom and they learned how to navigate it quite fast.

"Intercom and its many uses in day to day life"
What do you like best about Intercom? Lay out is clean, more intuitive than other mass mailing or mass communication soft ware. Support team are super helpful and respond with genuine care and interest in making the user experience and program better. Ability to track conversations and tag what popular questions or topics make self help from a user perspective easy to manage.

What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom feels like it was made by people who have worked in customer service. It makes things simple and efficient. The snooze and saved replies are especially useful

"The best support and lead capture"
What do you like best about Intercom? Internal support, it is super easy to communicate with some one from Intercom, and Early Stage Program, me as a Business Owner, was super importan to have the best platforms on my website, and this was a life saver

Good but a bit pricey customer service tool
PROS: I like the software’s user-friendliness. It is very easy to log into the system and get started with my job. Also, special mention to the platform’s new tour feature. Even though we have to pay $120 per month for it, it is simply incredible and I love it.
