What do you like best about Intercom? I really like different things about Intercom: the first thing I like how it collects the appropriate info before assisting your leads so you can know more about them in advance, also the bot function works very well as well and it's very helpful in the process of pre-qualifying your leads.

What do you like best about Intercom? The ability to collaborate with your team in your inbox and create saved replies is a big time saver, especially while working remotely. We also really enjoy the analytics and reports as it allows us to track fluctuations in support volume over time and on a week to week basis. The ability to easily search through our user base with all our custom attributes is very helpful and makes it simple to pull up a user's info even when they call over the phone. ...

"Love that push notifications and email are all in one place"

What do you like best about Intercom? It's really useful to have a platform that has email capability as well as push notifications and provides a really great visual of if/then logic for automated workflows.

What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom allows you to display messages in the form of a post inside an account logged in. This feature is significant because it adds value to the user experience with instructions, marketing content, or product/account updates. Also, the product tours allow you to walk a customer through, step-by-step, how to use/find specific options. Both posts and product tours level up your communications beyond traditional email.
