What do you like best about Intercom? Banners & Series are pretty useful for quick announcements. It takes away the need to develop a feature to create in-app announcements.

What do you like best about Intercom? The wide variety of integrated tools that it has, like series, articles, custom bots and all the possible inbox rules, that make the customer experience much more agile, personalized and accurate. Also, the constant intercom's evolution improving the workspace with new tools every month.

What do you like best about Intercom? The completely robust platform that includes an entire reporting suite to track statistics such as response times, conversations per agent, and customer satisfaction. Another top feature is guided digital tours. this allows your users the chance to onboard themselves with a little bit of guidance from the walkthrough windows that pop up on each page.
