What do you like best about Intercom? I like being able to create individual inboxes for our client base. When we onboard a big client that needs special attention, we can make an inbox for them. We also have one for our VIP clients, sales leads, phone call messages and so much more.

What do you like best about Intercom? There is all kind of great tools and features that you can find Intercom. It's easy for us to use. Most of its functions are made simple and helpful. Database and statistics of messages from customers are all well organized. The surface is clear. I like the notification sound. And it is easy to search data in it.

What do you like best about Intercom? It feels like a relatively agile product- while many elements of the product are being developed- suggestions we make for preferred features seem to get acted on and we have seen many features added that directly improve our processes.
