"Intercom is gerat for communicating with users & capturing leads, but integrations are hit or miss."

What do you like best about Intercom? It makes it easy for users to contact us quickly, and from an operational point of view, it is much quicker to respond and organise support queries or leads than using email. The support team at Intercom are also very helpful, and it has an active community.

"Works effectively, especially if you are running SaaS"

What do you like best about Intercom? Inbox is fast and fuss-free: when someone contacts for help, Intercom has the required details for us to get back to them. Article editor is fast and gives several configuration options that are useful to SaaS clients. I can attach articles and send to clients. I can also keep some articles private to users.

But, when we started using Intercom, we've figured out, that our sales increased. It's not only the live chat software, it's also includes the bots and help center modules.
