"It does the job, but there's a limit for how far you can grow with it"
What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom is a great way to connect with prospects and users. Inbox views make it easy to make sure the right people are handling the right cases. We've been able to add Quick Links to move the conversation to other systems (like HelpScout) with one click, or learn more about the customer (like by logging into their Account or viewing their HubSpot record). "Powerful app for managing user data from different sources"
What do you like best about Intercom? The fact that it is so easy to create and use filters. Also, the development docs and integrations are fantastic! We've integrated very easily with another platform we use called Hivebrite. Using events to monitor user activity has been extremely simple, and the API -> Client -> Webhook integration is great.

"The best chat platform to use with your customers"
What do you like best about Intercom? I love how easy it is to install and send custom properties to use on segmentations. The support team always help me to solve my questions. Normally they responds in a couple minutes. We can install Intercom on our website really fast since they allow the use of Google Tag Manager to manage the Intercom Script firing. They have their own Tag Template ready to go inside the GTM.
