What do you like best about Intercom? We've been using Intercom for the last 2 years and the platform is great for communicating with customers within our product and also prospects via our website. The ability to integrate with other important tools in our stack is seamless.

"Effective solution for Live Chat needs, and friendly support."
What do you like best about Intercom? The ease of use for the live chat is apparent and Intercom delivers the intended experience for our customers. I've reached out to Intercom when we had some issues, they were helpful and responsive, though it took a bit of time for them to get back to us after raising a support request.

What do you like best about Intercom? Chat mobile saves me time from my desk. The tours has really saved us lot of "how to" questions and wrong setups. What do you dislike about Intercom?

What do you like best about Intercom? I like that it's possible to do many things (email campaigns, surveys, series, messages etc etc) within one tool. We were used to have multiple tool to make marketing activities and customer success, but now we are only using intercom
