"Very Awesome for Customer Service"

What do you like best about Intercom? I love the saved replies; it makes customer service super easy and fast. I also love the resolution bots. When multiple questions come in that are the same, the resolution bot quickly takes off a workload!

"Intercom has made my job much easier"

What do you like best about Intercom? The simplicity of the knowledge base for support articles is terrific and always being updated. Converting to chat conversations instead of regular email has changed the way our company manages support.

"Intercom is nice and easy to use."

What do you like best about Intercom? The ease of use of intercom is really nice and I think it would help you a lot with the competitors. I like how Intercom is working and how intuitive it is. You can do a lot of things with the apps that Intercom offers - emails, chats, phone calls, etc. Thank you for the good job that you are doing guys, it is awesome!

"I've tried them all and I constantly go back to intercom."

What do you like best about Intercom? Their support is hands down the best; resolution based, helping me optimize my workflows, and never leave me with a "lol learn to code" brush off. The consistent feature releases seem to reflect what their customer's ask for and my features requests are updated whenever there is progress. What do you like best about Intercom? How Intercom handles support across a team and the use of bots to improve efficiencies. Tagging conversations, people, and messages makes it efficient to find what you're looking for quickly. The ability to write notes for other colleagues when trying to answer a customer query also helps answer customers effectively.

"Great Tool For Providing Customer Support To Our Customers"

What do you like best about Intercom? I love how easily customisable it is and how easy it is to use in order to give high-quality technical support to our customers. It has helped us handle even very high workloads successfully, especially during the beginning of the pandemic and we as a team can safely recommend it to other customer support representatives.
