What do you like best about Intercom? I like the possibility of having different filters to segment users, tag conversations, different integrations they have to create surveys, etc.

What do you like best about Intercom? Being able to contact clients directly, showing them a product tour when I launch a new feature, not depending on development to make popups or messages.

What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom is a great end-to-end customer engagement tool. I get a ton of value with multiple services (email, in-app, live chat, articles, etc.) under a single product—rather than purchase several products and get them to integrate together.
