"Great way to respond to and reach out to our user base"

What do you like best about Intercom? We like the team Inbox so that multiple team members can help address user questions. And also the Outbound communications so that we can keep engaged with our users both in an automated fashion and when we have an announcement to make. We also use the macros quite a bit to make it quicker and easier to answer common questions in the team Inbox.

"Great Product. Definitely Recommend"

What do you like best about Intercom? What I like the most is that it integrates with our website to lead customers to a specific department based on selected questions. This filters our customers to the correct department each time. So as soon as we get the customer, we are already prepared to assist them based off the questions they answered.

"Great unified platform for customer engagement/lead management. But don't expect stellar support."

What do you like best about Intercom? It's nice that all customer management functionality is in one app. It allows us to provide support and engagement messaging to our clients without trying to juggle multiple apps. This means making any changes to either campaigns, support articles or automation tasks simpler for our staff.
