What do you like best about Intercom? The intelligent means of inbox assigment, the advanced bot features, and the clever series builder that allows for team to create targeted support accross various mediums including mobile, email and in app chats or notifications. The support team are really helpful too and I appreciate the app updates every quarter

What do you like best about Intercom? The reports generated are very understandable and time-saving for the management and presents just the proper insight into the activities of the team along with the organization's trends to customer satisfaction.Also the inbox, the numbers presented, the replied answers, Snooze, star markers are added advantages to categorize the emails.
