What do you like best about Intercom? How it's easy to set up, follow and control. The online chat is great and it's used on an every day basis here. They also provide an app for smartphones, it gives the customer suppor team the possibility to provide help for our users anywhere they are.

"Easy to pick up and wonderful to use"
What do you like best about Intercom? The interface is intuitive and easy to understand. It did not take me a lot of time to get comfortable with Intercom. The options to integrate NPS tools is something that I find useful. The custom bots are easy to manage and deploy.
