"I like using intercom so far. The set up is very neat and let's not talk about the marcos love it!"

What do you like best about Intercom? I have to say the customer service is excellent. I'm not used to it yet, but I love the fact that I can create macros and add my articles. I also see the fact that customers can rate agents. This will push them to do better.
