"Best support chat tool I know and incredibly easy to use"

What do you like best about Intercom? I've tried many support chat tools, but they all seemed like a knock-off of Intercom without having the same elegant product. Very happy to pay a few dollars more to use the real thing!

"Intercom Ticketing Software"

What do you like best about Intercom? There are a couple of things that make intercom stand out to me and our organization, first is its notifications, it has a good notification that we cannot miss on an email. Secondly is the ability to support live chart. This is a super cool feature that allow realtime support to customers. Thirdly is te escalation procedure and the ease to add tags. This makes searching very easy.

What do you like best about Intercom? I love the openness to feedback (and seeing it implemented in improvements!). The customer service team is top-notch every time I reach out. Also, the in-app and email messaging tools are very user-friendly and make my job so much easier.

What do you like best about Intercom? I like the bots, and we use this for support to give the clients an answer before coming to me. It's straightforward to set up, and you get a lot of help from the FAQ pages. the unique easy set up of an outbound chat to clients makes it effortless to contact our clients
