What do you like best about Intercom? We love the fact that we can incorporate Intercom into our products and online properties natively. This means that we can see exactly what our leads and customers are doing and target them with pinpoint accuracy using Intercom. Additionally, the features and functionalities are unparalleled.

"Amazing communication tool, easy to learn"
What do you like best about Intercom? The possibility of creating campaigns, the variety of filters, the integrations with social media, being able to attach articles and predefines. It's a good platform to talk about sales, give support to technical questions. I already worked with support directly so I know all the great features that compose this area, now I'm working more with Marketing and Campaigns and it's being amazing all the possibilities that are offered.

This is the best app to use for customer support
PROS: Intercom’s design is simple. It has all the features we are looking for in an app in order to foster a strong connection with our customers. Intercom’s support team has been a great help from the beginning. They continue to assist us as we continue to serve our customers with their product.

"I couldn't live without Intercom"
What do you like best about Intercom? I like the options to know exactly which page the client is viewing when they come to start a conversation, thus being able to skip all unnecessary questions like, where are you seeing this etc?

Simple but high-quality app
PROS: Intercom proves to be more superior to its competitors in terms of design and features. It is simple, fast, and complete. Still, I think, some improvements may be made with regard to integrations. CONS: It would be better if the articles report will be available for viewing on more dates than is in the options in the current version of the app.
