"Intercom "the platform that surprises me more every day""
What do you like best about Intercom? I like that I can have all my channels connected in one, and my team save a lot of time. I also love that I not only use it to talk to my clients, but also to notify those with whom I have no communication. I love that every day I am discovering something new, something that will make my company grow, be more organized, and detect where we have areas of opportunity.

What do you like best about Intercom? Of any customer engagement program I have used, none integrates with more third party software applications like Intercom. I also like how it brings data both from Intercom and from other integrated software tools we use at work, and uses the generated data to personalize our interactions with app. Users and customers.

Custom attributes and segments means I find the data-driven insights I'm looking for. What do you like best about Intercom? how easy the functionality is within Intercom. Intercom also updates you with alerts with any newly added features to make your customer service role flow nicely. And more than one person can be on at a time and manage just fine.
