"Intercom is something you need to take a look at!"

What do you like best about Intercom? Once you have integrated the API into your website, their online UX is easy to use and highly customizable! They also have a brilliant customer relations/support team to help you with anything that you need. I would highly recommend all businesses' take a look at this tool.

"Powerful customer service automation"

What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom allows me to cut down time spent organising my customer service channels. Everything is in one place, and there are many capabilities around how and when a customer is contacted. I love that my customers feel that it is easy to get the help they need both through the chat and through the help centre.

We can do more than just chat with our customers with this app

PROS: Intercom helps us have a better view of the customer lifecycle. We’re maximizing this app’s configuration settings in order to have a more personalized approach when communicating with clients. CONS: We encountered some technical issues relating to the integration of a widget via Google Tag Manager. This happened because the code inside the app was slightly different. "Great features, easy to use, limited engineering support on cheaper plans"

What do you like best about Intercom? I love how easy it is to set up Intercom on your product/application. The installation process was a breeze, adding metadata to users is easy, and building tours or onboarding journeys, once everything is set up correctly, works very intuitively.
