Nothing beats Intercom
Nothing beats Intercom, really. The pricing is confusing and the customer support is difficult to get ahold of, however, it's an outstanding product

What do you like best about Intercom? I like how simple it is, how I can have a continuous conversation with my customers and leave reminders for myself. I also appreciate the integration possibilities, like GitHub or Linear.
