"Easy to use chat tool"

What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom is extremely flexible. We're able to hook up the API with our internal Tonkean module system so when someone submits a request, we get notified in Slack in real time. This has significantly decreased our TTFR. Intercom is very simple and straight forward, and onboarding was almost instantaneous. Highly recommend to any B2B organization looking to implement this on their website!

What do you like best about Intercom? I like the canned responses - this function helps me to reply to customer messages really quickly. I also like the overall layout of the site! Since we're a small CX team, using intercom to build our help center was a big value add ! The intercom support team gives really thorough answers.
