What do you like best about Intercom? I like the simplicity of the inbox feed, we are able to clearly see what chats with our customers are pending and with he reports function can ensure we are responding in a timely manner.

"Great tool that keeps getting better"
What do you like best about Intercom? I've used intercom for many years in many different roles, from sales to customer success and most recently product. I love that intercom has adapted and provided many tools needed in each different role! It's easy to understand feedback and send this to productboard, I can create product tours that are contextual and more.

What do you like best about Intercom? It's not that intercom delivers features that don't exist anywhere else. But it's the usability and the design and feel of it all. It always looks better than any other service that offers the same features.

What do you like best about Intercom? We love the way Intercom makes it easy for us to support our customers - from the support inbox to automatic and manual quick-linking to articles in our support center to product tours in our app. It really is the one-stop-shop for customer support and messaging.

This app helps us maintain clear communication with our clients
PROS: Intercom helps us to effectively communicate with our clients. The synchronization of mail and chat features helps prevent miscommunication. CONS: Personalization in the user interface can be a nice touch up for Intercom. Varying themes and colors would be a delightful addition to an already well-designed app.

What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom provides a simple to use and robust platform. Using each feature is quick and easy to set up. We have stepped up our adoption of products throughout the pandemic and the feedback from our team has been fantastic.
