Our visibility increased with Intercom

PROS: Intercom changed our business for the better. Our reach became wider. Our knowledge and understanding of our clients’ needs also deepen. CONS: We encounter minor technical issues every once in a while. Most of the time we are able to resolve this immediately through the available online sources.

"Up and down.."

What do you like best about Intercom? It's a messaging system so in this respect, it does the job. Integration with other apps is good. Reports and stats are helpful. Used to be great customer service so I hope this returns to it's previous standard at some point.

"One of the best out there but still alot to improve."

What do you like best about Intercom? We really like the UX of Intercom and the design. Customer can get real-time help on our product which is invaluable. Haven't had any major bugs or issues in the last few years so uptime is great as well. We like it and our clients like it.

"The most convenient Interface"

What do you like best about Intercom? I like the interface of Intercom the most due to its quality of making people learn everything by themselves. When I started using Intercom, it did not felt like trying something new. The chats are divided into groups which makes it easier for everyone to check upon the conversations.
