"Intercom is the great! My only wish is that you could initiate an email in intercom."

What do you like best about Intercom? I love intercom because it is efficient, easy, and it has a great mobile app. it is also good for tracking customer satisfaction. I have used other ticketing softwares like zendesk, salesforce desk and kayako, and I prefer intercom over all of them!
