Decent in-app feedback tool

What do you like best? I like the ability to provide in-app feedback. It's also pretty straightforward. What do you dislike? At times the interface can be a bit too complex with lots of options. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It provides an easy context for communication with our programming firm and the business executive team.

Instabug is full of bugs

What do you like best? I like that its easy to incorporate feedback from customers and tie it to jira. What do you dislike? It constantly doesn't work. We often see tickets that have to be submitted manually into Jira or else they get "lost". Sometimes the forwarding takes hours. Their web hook is broken and the bug report just sits there on github with no progress, which means we can't even tie into our own things. The Android SDK is not open source, so we cannot even fix the problem ...
