What do you like best? The integration with Salesforce is very useful What do you dislike? The lag between Salesforce and Insight Squared. It can take up to 30 minutes which is frustrating in a time crunch. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is calculating data that we did not have prior. What do you like best? InsightSquared is without a doubt the best investment we've made in business intelligence, beyond simply adopting Salesforce.com. Whereas SFDC is an excellent database and the "source of truth" for our company, IS2 is the lens through which all intelligent, actionable insights come.
