What do you like best? I like the interactive Dashboard that gives myself and our Management Team a "snapshot" of the company's performance metrics, by period and by person. What do you dislike? Bookings goal tracking is a little confusing. Would be easier if we could see tracking by Gross Margin, to get more accurate reports that would more closely match Gross Margin as reported on commission reports. What do you like best? InsightSquared is our one stop shop for revenue, analysis, and metrics. We also use InsightSquared to comment on any changes to our processes and get their thoughts on best practices we can implement. What do you dislike? Amazing tool Salesforce Admins cannot live without!

What do you like best? InsightSquared provides reporting analysis on Sales Cloud data that you cannot come close to reproducing yourself in Salesforce. The reports they have pre-configured are extremely relevant and address a lot of the sales efficiency questions my executive leadership team needs the answers to.
