What do you like best about Insightly CRM? We use Insightly CRM for managing orders. It makes it extremely easy to organize the orders coming in and get them out the door as fast as possible. My work would not be as organized without Insightly CRM. The reports are especially helpful to use in conjunction with Excel. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I like that I can sort through different filters to narrow down my search. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Once I have entered my Tracking information for shipping, it automatically disappears instead of asking if I am finished with the project. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? How well sorted our projects are within the program. It is very easy to navigate and deal with. The program updates very fast and almost instantly; you see the different task completed. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? As an employee at a small business, to have Insightly as our hub for all information, files, contacts, and data is super helpful. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? The intuitive layout makes it easy for new employees to learn the system, and keeps it easy for existing users to manage client information, and sales pipelines. "Clean platform with excellent customer service."

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Intuitively navigatible software with great reporting tools and helpful customer service. I also appreicate the personalized views and being able to identify and save lists for quick access. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? There's a definitive learnging curve to import and match contacts so as not to end up with duplicates. Only thing that could be worked on is the speed at which data on the CRM updates. Also could work smoother with Marketing. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?
