I also appreicate the personalized views and being able to identify and save lists for quick access. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? There's a definitive learnging curve to import and match contacts so as not to end up with duplicates. I would prefer to be able to edit fields by clicking within them instead of having to hit the pencil icon first. What ...
