What do you like best about Insightly CRM? It is a place where I can organize all of the communication for an opportunity. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? It can be difficult to know what tools are available and how to use them. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? We have not had a consistent method of tracking.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Intuitively navigatible software with great reporting tools and helpful customer service. I also appreicate the personalized views and being able to identify and save lists for quick access. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? There's a definitive learnging curve to import and match contacts so as not to end up with duplicates. I would prefer to be able to edit fields by clicking within them instead of having to hit the pencil icon first. What ...

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? User friendly interface that is simple for our CX team to navigate. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Sometimes it would be more convenient to be linked straight to an account rather than have it pulled up on the side bar. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Its an easily accesible platform for our CX to quickly pull up the accounts of our clients in order to assist them very quickly.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Insightly's AppConnect service is an excellent tool for any enterprise-level business looking to increase efficiency and data integrity via automation. Their phone support team is knowledgeable, polite, and empathetic. If you have an issue, they will do everything they can to find someone to resolve the issue if they don't know how. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I like that it works as a quick way to start up our CRM needs initially across the company. It handled marketing, BD, growth, and ops needs for the time being. However, could be better. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? What do you like best about Insightly CRM? It's okay. Has the basic capabilities and allows you to search well. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? It's a very basic UI, and not complex. They are definitely missing a lot of the functionalities that we are looking for What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? It is allowing us to manage our customer base effectively.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Integration with Google and QuickBooks is a big plus. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? The speed of pipeline automations could be improved. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Insightly is helping us keep our database current and active across multiple departments.
