"Organized System - Customizable"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I think the system is user-friendly, and every level salesperson can use it. It is also very customizable to what your orgnaization needs. Overall, an excellent CRM system. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? There is not a lot that I dislike about this system. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? It has helped to keep everyone's business deals organized. Management can go in and review the pipeline at any time.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The visual layout, report functions, different ways to enter data. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Dashboard/card building I've not been able to get fully immersed in (hope to soon). Document templates are yet to be launched. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Visibility of actions on a project ... automated tasks to help ensure next steps are being completed (Process Management).

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? It's an intuitive platform, overall very simple and easy to use. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Some things don't make sense. For example, why can't you use existing organizations and contacts as leads? Why can't you have multiple leads for the same organization and contact? What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps keep track of all my sales goals, leads, opps, pricing and samples.

"Great CRM to help manage client prospect data."
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I like that you can work through prospects from an Account and Contact level and really drill down on all activity for each account. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Reports are difficult to customize at times and painful to pull in certain data for specific reports. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Managing customer data from an agency perspective. Their customization has helped us really make it our own.

Some issues with lags, delays and duplicates on populated links for submissions. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Accuracy and data capability. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? It is easy to use, especially if you do not have a tech team to build automation. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? The two items I would like to see Insightly address are: 1 - adding a cc: functionality to email automation; we currently have to send separate emails to our internal team that needs to be cc'd on client-facing automated emails. 2 - Reports should be able to be turned into dashboard cards. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? It's an intuitive platform. If you know how to use google, you'll be able to start using insightly CRM without much trouble. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The intuitive layout makes it easy for new employees to learn the system, and keeps it easy for existing users to manage client information, and sales pipelines. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? There are so many potential fields to use, that it's a learning curve to figure out how a business wants to set up data fields for useful metrics.
