"Insightly meets almost all our needs for a CRM"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Insightly allows for multiple users and customized fields. By far 2 of our favorite options. We can have different owners assigned to clients and track both by client and by owner. We can also tag what we can't field. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Mobile phone App, and very easy to use features What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Sometimes, when you add some information, saves it but goes to the calendar page... "Fantastic CRM"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I love the ability to interconnect records What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Importing isn't as seemless as I would like with my Mac What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Its a paper trail of relationships across the years. As a Regional Director I have happenings for 100+ locations and Insightly allows me to quickly access these location based records.

"Easy to use"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Insightly is easy to use. Keeps track of my projects and tasks for each project. Sends communication directly to my email so I can stay up to date. I was able to jump right in and use it without questions. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I like the capability to see how often people engage with my emails. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Nothing I do not like, the system works great. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? I have realized that now I can have a strong follow up reason to call a lead about my email.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The ease of use, and intuitive interface.It is just very easy to understand the processes involved, the key elements and how they all work together. "Fantastic for Small Businesses"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? There are so many super helpful features. One of the best is the integration with gmail. I can create, catalog, update info right from gmail. Also, the reminder features has saved me many times when remembering to followup with proposals. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Not much. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Insightly keeps me organized. I have all of my tasks and contacts in one place. I would be lost without it! What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Nothing! All aspects of Insightly fit into our needs. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Having a place to store our customers/contacts relieves a ton of headaches.
