What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The best feature of Insightly has to be the tagging feature - intuitive & simple to implement. Many of our contacts provide little information, so being able to describe them & categorise them via tags allows us to pull up relevant contacts with a few clicks. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Gmail integration and the vastly improved reporting function. Task management tied to Gmail Calendar. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Search is inaccurate and slow at times but seems to be improving. Finding "linked relationships" is also difficult via reporting.
