What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The best feature of Insightly has to be the tagging feature - intuitive & simple to implement. Many of our contacts provide little information, so being able to describe them & categorise them via tags allows us to pull up relevant contacts with a few clicks. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I like the flow of how you can easily link and search accounts, customers and opportunities. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? When you look up an opportunity it shows the contacts first. Recommendations to others considering Insightly CRM: More user friendly than Salesforce What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? I keep track of all my leads in notes.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Easy to use, adaptable, flexible . I love that I can easily view my tasks, and look up my customers. I love the mobile app too! What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I liked the reports feature. Although there are some issues, it worked relatively well. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Was extremely easy to navigate and organize the information What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? No easy way to filter contacts to export and keep with single organization. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Gmail integration and the vastly improved reporting function. Task management tied to Gmail Calendar. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Search is inaccurate and slow at times but seems to be improving. Finding "linked relationships" is also difficult via reporting.
