What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Ease of use. Very easy set up without a lot of clicks. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Wish there was more integrations with dialers like JustCall. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Really goes back to ease of use and clarity on where to find data.

What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps us in scheduling our trainings. The Insightly calendar is useful.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Insightly is simple, direct, and cohesive. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? There are a lot of different features which can be helpful but also is difficult to find thee most efficient way to house information/reporting/data. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Project specific data and department specific reports.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? What is most helpful with our CRM is the transparency we have w/ remote offices when looking up other pipelines for review & discussion when necessary. I also like the compartmentalization of almost all the required values entered in their respective windows for easy locating. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Not much, but having the required extra steps to perform our due diligence does take some time to insert the correct information ...
