What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Ease of use. Very easy set up without a lot of clicks. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Wish there was more integrations with dialers like JustCall. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Really goes back to ease of use and clarity on where to find data.

"Fully Customizable - Reporting Lacking"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Objects and fields can be easily customized. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Not terribly intuitive. And the reporting requires a lot of skill. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps us in scheduling our trainings. The Insightly calendar is useful.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Insightly is simple, direct, and cohesive. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? There are a lot of different features which can be helpful but also is difficult to find thee most efficient way to house information/reporting/data. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Project specific data and department specific reports.

"Transparency"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? What is most helpful with our CRM is the transparency we have w/ remote offices when looking up other pipelines for review & discussion when necessary. I also like the compartmentalization of almost all the required values entered in their respective windows for easy locating. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Tasks, Pipeline creations, and reports are the areas I think are built out well What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Contacts are a hot mess! Our org is having a very hard time. We focus on the Org, and we can't email to org emails etc and our contacts weren't done properly. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The labeling of items in insightly makes it easy to find certain things about projects What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? There are too many tabs to click in to, would be better if everything was on one page What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to navigate insightly to find out why projects are stuck etc
