What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The service from the Insightly team is great. The tool itself is flexible to adapt to your needs; also, helpful to have Marketing and CRM in the same place. I haven't had much experiences with other CRM tools, though, but so far and after a couple of years of using, complains are minimal. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Insightly had the ability to pull reports and also manipulate the data/how you want to see the report, which was helpful.
