What do you like best about Insightly CRM? All of my contacts are tracked in insightly. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? The user interface is still clunky and not immediately intuitive. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? My previous firm used Salesforce IQ, which is a smaller and less complex version of Salesforce. My boss needed a solution and change because it was not integrating well with our emails/contacts. I did a lot of work/research to find Insightly. "Mediocre at Free Version"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? It's a good learning tool. It's a functional system. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Clunky, not streamlined. Not easy to edit pipelines, etc, and obtuse (hard to understand.) What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? I've realized that I need to work with another CRM company. I've solved enough of my problems to know that a better product exists. I used the free edition, however.
