What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I like how easy it is to add employers and orders for my customers. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? There's nothing I dislike at the moment. The process seems very easy. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? I haven't had to solve any problems yet. The benefits are being able to tie companies to their contacts and order history.

A lot of their features and nomenclature just don't make sense. Why should I have to convert a lead to a contact? Why do I have to have an opportunity? What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I love the kanban view and the fact that we've gotten all our team members contributing to it together. Following projects through to completion has been made much easier. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? In general, I think that it's a really great tool. Not everything shows up where I expect it, but I'm happy with it! What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm not close enough to it for this.
