What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Being able to see all my work in one area and being able to choose what to sign off on from that same screen What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? It's a little tricky trying to find what I'm looking for What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Knowing what work I've been assigned and when it needs to be completed

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I like how easy it is to add employers and orders for my customers. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? There's nothing I dislike at the moment. The process seems very easy. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? I haven't had to solve any problems yet. The benefits are being able to tie companies to their contacts and order history.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The dashboarding feature as a homepage is a nice place to reflect on your current sales pipeline What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? A lot of their features and nomenclature just don't make sense. Why should I have to convert a lead to a contact? Why do I have to have an opportunity? The attachment of contacts/notes is extremely taxing. The layout is not user friendly with the side bar that pops out. There are many things that I dislike about ...
