What do you like best about Insightly CRM? There are many features that work well with Insightly. It's definitely a nice interface, and it has some good standard fields. I like that it's integrated with PandaDoc. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? I believe that we were promised that we could do a number of things that our business specifically wanted. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Insightly CRM was able to provide us with lots of helpful features to create, launch and analyze our numerous email marketing campaigns. I like that the data that we have acquired through our Insightly marketing campaigns can be used for lots of different business and marketing purposes aside from email projects. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I like that I am able to assign tasks to co-workers, as well as have documentation and notes about associates within our brokerage. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? So far I have not had any dislikes about the product. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Onboarding new associates within our brokerage has been a smoother process.
