Full of Bugs and Poor Service

The platform is fine if you want very basic CRM functionality - but once you need it to do anything useful you need to pay for the Enterprise version and / or know how to do API integrations ( but not via Zapier ) We have had bug after bug and always the response from support is " you need to pay more for that" The lack of customer support is astounding in this day and age. Most support tickets take 3-5 days to get resolved. Save your time and money and go elsewhere

"Wonderful for indexing and notes, not so great for project management"

I love how much data you're able to keep in Insightly; we use this for Development in a healthcare company, and being able to have custom tags and a searchable index is wonderful. I really like that you can "tag" your contacts so that you can do a quick search for those contacts that might fit an exact demographic that you're looking for.
