"Insightly is a great app"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Keeps my schedules in order. Easy interface to edit and update. The tech support is great. Ever since using the app, I have had a good experience an no issues.. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? I do not dislike the app. It's helpful, and plenty of options to customize and keep your schedule organized and updated. I would recommend inslightly to anyone. "Easy, to the point"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Easy navigation, easy upload. Reports are functional, simple to run and update What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Had a bit of a hard time linking email to Insightly and tracking the outgoing data to clients. a bit manual What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? tracking what we are doing and how a sale moves through the process

"The account set up and customer service team are great to work with. Answer questions promptly."

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Set up and dashboards are easy to make. Customer service and account management team are great. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? The system is based off individual names and not company names. It is also hard to catch duplicate entries. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Our actual potential revenue pipeline and finding engaged prospects

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? It is robust and integrates well with other software tools. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Navigation between pages is slow to load and a bit clunky What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Insightly has become the one stop shop for all employees to view project pages as the source-of-truth. It certainly increases productivity.

"Easy to use and a great tool"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I like the fact that we can keep track of all of our projects in 1 place. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Sometimes there are issues with sorting the queries. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Insightly has many useful functions. I like that we can track any emails we send to clients or possible clients. All information is in 1 program.

"It is a lot more user friendly than SalesForce"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? It is easy to use. I love the capabilities you can do with it to integrate with AutoCAD. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? I dislike the fact that it can't have more fields inside of each custom object. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? It is being able to utilize instead of having to use excel as embedded links within AutoCAD

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? How easy it is to access what I need at the click of a button. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? There isn't too much I dislike, sometimes just a smoother transition between CRM and marketing would be great. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? With it being user friendly getting the data and reports I need in a timely fashion is very helpful.

The search capabilities need some improvement. Right now can only search for duplicate leads by phone number. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The ability to sort and filter with ease. Creating new fields or changing is simple.
