What do you like best about Insightly CRM? WE've got so many uses for it, it is so helpful and great in many ways! What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? I wish that the integration with quickbooks was free it is kind of a bummer that its not! What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Being able to filter everything has been a great benefit. Whenever we need to customize something we have a work instructions that shows how to filter something down to what exactly you need. And it works! What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I liked the organization of the individual contacts. Like a Rolodex for us old schoolers. I like how the tabs open up for more information on contact. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Maneuvering around took me some time to get used to. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Making calls and organizing the tabs for sales reps on team.
