Unable to find qualified candidates

Unable to find qualified candidates. Need to be able to refine the “match” criteria. I am looking for candidates with actual boat repair experience ( not just mechanics). There’s a lot of candidates with mechanic experience, but that’s not specific enough.

I feel like Indeed is getting too cute…

I feel like Indeed is getting too cute with resume matching, AI write-ups, etc. and the quality of the platform is clearly declining. Ultimately, I am paying for a job board. The last job I posted did not appear in a basic job search in the small town where it was posted. Indeed, refunded the spend, but it was a lost opportunity for our company. Rather than jamming a bunch of resumes as soon as I post the job, I'd rather have job seekers find us and determine if we are a good fit for what ...

Indeed should observe the hiring…

Indeed should observe the hiring agency’s when calling candidates the agency is a numbers game they make you believe you are going to get hired for a job, sending you for urinalysis waiting for days finding out that the employer does not hire you with no reason.

Indeed is a fairly easy to use Job Board. Indeed has skills tests that you can take of your own accord to look better to potential employers, and employers can request you take specific tests related to the job you are applying for. Indeed has many more features that may or may not be helpful, depending on the individual. The only issue I encountered was due to changing the email associated with my account. This was a good experience overall

This was a good experience overall. You make it incredibly easy to find jobs that interested me and kept to my area. The process of applying for jobs was super easy and easy to do with just a couple of clicks.
