Indeed is a great tool to find employment …

Indeed is a great tool to find employment! However, the job I was ultimately hired for (which I found on Indeed) was not good. The job description posted by the employer on Indeed was erroneous. These things will happen, as Indeed cannot verify the accuracy of every job that is advertised on their site.

Fundamentally corrupt payment model…

Fundamentally corrupt payment model that leans heavily in favor of indeed. And indeed knows this of course. They're knowingly screwing small business owners (for the most part 80-90%+) and then hiding from Google reviews and a customer service number. Then masking themselves as the solution for small businesses to grow with lighthearted tv ads. Hopefully they'll get exposed and Netflix will air the documentary.

Extremely disappointed

I have used Indeed several times and without any improvement. I have recently posted for opening, spent close to $2000 and have not gotten any applicants that were good matches. Many were not qualified, didn't have any experience, didn't live anywhere nearby, had no transportation, didn't respond to messages (don't know if that is Indeed or them), some were no shows for their interviews. I need to hire and there is no reliable way to do that.
