Worst customer service
Their customer service is not helpful in any way and they don't let you properly review a company you have worked for. Reviews are always rejected if they are not good. They lean more toward protecting the employers than to actually give feedback for those wanting to work for the company. So sad that they protect abusive companies.

We had plenty of applicants and narrowed down the field quickly
Great response to finding the right fit for an open administrative assistant position. We were able to speak with many applicants in a few days and found someone that we feel is just perfect for the position.

Indeed should be your last resort!
Our company post over 10 jobs/week and we depend on Indeed for candidates. Multiple times our account is flagged, therefore we our down until Customer service finds the time to review and reopen our account. These flags have been automated with no reason given to why. The response is your account will be up and running within 48 hours...its now been a week. If Indeed didn't have a monopoly on job boards I would go somewhere else in a heartbeat and never look back.

I don't trust anyone else to help me with job searches; other sites have proven to be a waste of time. Indeed is so professional and helpful with follow up, etc. I cannot thank you enough for your help!
