Apparently, the world has gone so insane, that a travel company looking to hire an “asian female wearing traditional clothes” to do cultural marketing to sell Asia is accused of discrimination! A travel company whose very job is to promote other cultures is deemed of racism! Indeed blocked my ad for discrimination on the base that I should not discriminate people and my job ad should be more inclusive towards every race and gender! Honestly, indeed ! They don't motivates. They are asking stupid and personal questions which is irrelevant to the job . They ask me: why should hire me/ bz your company approached me they need candidates like me who has good experience . 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I think Indeed is helpful in getting…

I think Indeed is helpful in getting applicants because it does have a wide range. There are a lot of difficulties though, like weeding through a lot of applicants that are not necessarily a good fit. Indeed has ways to narrow down who is qualified or might be a good fit but most of the options don't work for us (admittedly, we have a unique hiring process). I don't think Indeed is super friendly to small business use. We are a small business and cannot afford to pay thousands of dollars a ...
