I was very happy because of the way you always responded to my job searching. I knew by your constant suggestions that you were interested in helping me find employment. Overall pretty great, continually improved

Overall pretty great, and ultimately, effective. I've used Indeed for a number of years for hiring. It's been continually improved...the user interface, features, functions. Many nice time savers built in, template driven responses, etc. And it's always produced a lot of applicants. The present way of masking/hiding both my and the candidate's direct phone and email (unless it's in their resume, of course), the contact mechanism...it works decently, but there were a handful of times where ...

Bogus jobs

Bogus jobs. Expired jobs. Emails from several different individuals that work for Indeed. Jobs that are not remotely connected to my skills. Not able to stop e-mails from Indeed even though requested numerous times.

The customer service person was great

The customer service person was great, but Indeed is horrible for billing. They do not send me a detailed invoice which is extremely important for billing at my organization. Instead I have to go in and I have to have a cell phone for the authentication to get a detailed invoice, place an ad or remove an ad. ASAE, LinkedIn, etc. I do not need to jump through hoops to get something so simple. If you are sending me an email to tell me you charged me then attach the detailed invoice. Indeed ...

If you are unemployed

If you are unemployed, indeed should be your right hand man! Not only will they help you write an excellent resume for companies to see which of course is their first impression of you. They also allow you to put your application into other places through them and their app. Reminders are sent out a few days after an app is submitted to have follow up with the employer. And they have so many other helpful tools on their app. It sure did make becoming employed again. So much easier using indeed!
