I don’t get many good candidates

I don’t get many good candidates. They are almost all missing the license I require. I have a sponsored post. I have rejected a few of applications that I was still charged for. I don’t like that feature. Sometimes the time is not enough as the candidates take a while to respond or they don’t answer phone calls. Some I can’t reject till after interview more so because quite a few lie on their resume

The "help" chat

The "help" chat, was very helpful. They took the time to really understand my situation and gave great feedback. It was hard to explain the subject of an issue, but the team took the time to break it down and really help out.

I have tried to post a job from many days, i have uploaded required documents, but still problem not solved, my account has not verified, Really i got very disappointed

Getting plenty of resumes but the skill…

Getting plenty of resumes but the skill level with some mechanical skills is not there. The machining skills are only CNC machinist which is ok. Looking for a mechanic that has some experience a year or so with tools.

Few candidates applied

Few candidates applied, and most lacked the basic requirements as posted. I was contacted by an Indeed advisor who convinced me to increase my budget to improve visibility of the posted position. In retrospect this was a way to increase my spend with absolutely no results.

You never know what you'll find on…

You never know what you'll find on Indeed. I've gotten my last two jobs by applying on this site, the first of which I worked at for 3 years, this next one I just started. Make an application, make a cover letter (even if you don't want to), and start applying. It's one of the easiest to use Job-board sites I've had experience with, and when anyone I know is applying for jobs, we are all assuming you are talking about Indeed. This site is a good way to get a job you're looking for.
