woefully inadequate platform

I've used around 7 different affiliate platforms over the years. I only joined Impact because one of my larger vendors had migrated to them. Prior to this I was providing them without around $6000 per month in affiliate sales. Impact provide a REST API (which is a GOOD thing). But in order to download a datafeed of products, instead of being able to grab the datafeed via the REST API, instead it provides you with a FTP address you have to download it from. My experience with the affiliate platform Impact was consistently negative. The registration process was absurdly lengthy and inefficient. Hours passed with no visible progress or specific feedback on our application. When we finally received a response, we were rejected without a plausible explanation. I joined the Impact affiliate program with high hopes of earning through their platform. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
